We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. To provide clarity and convenience, here is our detailed return and refund policy for each product category:
1. Gaming PCs
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- The Gaming PC must be in its original condition, with all components (GPU, CPU, RAM, etc.) intact.
- Any included software, manuals, or accessories must be returned unopened and undamaged.
- PCs with signs of physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or tampering are not eligible for returns.
- Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and inspection, if the PC meets all conditions, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will exclude any shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective PCs.
2. Gaming Laptops
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- The laptop must be in its original packaging, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- All accessories (charger, cables, etc.) must be included in the return.
- Laptops with installed software modifications or removed pre-installed programs are not eligible.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued after inspection within 7-10 business days.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the laptop is defective.
- Important Note: Laptops showing signs of overheating, misuse, or liquid damage will not qualify for refunds.
3. Gaming Monitors
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- Monitors must be returned in their original packaging with all cables, stands, and accessories.
- Dead pixels or minor screen irregularities within the manufacturer’s acceptable range do not qualify as defects.
- Physical damage such as cracks or scratches on the screen caused by mishandling will void the return eligibility.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
4. Accessories (Keyboards, Mice, Headsets, etc.)
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items with missing parts, damage, or excessive wear will not be accepted.
- Opened or used headsets may not qualify for a full refund due to hygiene concerns.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after inspection.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
5. Oculus and VR Equipment
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- VR equipment must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
- Devices showing wear, scratches, or signs of misuse will not qualify for a refund.
- Head-mounted displays must be cleaned and free of smudges or damage.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the product is inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
General Notes:
- Defective Products: If the product is defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. A replacement or full refund will be issued after verification.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software, digital downloads, or customized products, are non-returnable unless defective.
- Shipping Costs: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective items, we will cover return shipping fees.
- Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, particularly for Gaming PCs and Gaming Laptops.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
