1. General Warranty Information
All new products purchased from Anessi are covered under this warranty policy, subject to the terms outlined below. Warranty claims are applicable only for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. Return Policy
2.1. Eligible Returns
You may return any new computer purchased from Anessi under the following conditions:
Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the computer is “dead on arrival,” it is eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Damaged on Arrival: Items that arrive in damaged condition may be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Unopened Products: Products that remain unopened in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
2.2. Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date or the date you receive the shipment.
Products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the vendor’s individual return policy.
2.3. Return Conditions
Anessi reserves the right to inspect and test returned items to verify their condition. Refunds may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned product:
Misrepresentation of Condition: If a product claimed as “dead on arrival” is found to be functional, a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s sales price may be imposed.
Customer Damage: Products damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or tampering may incur a higher restocking fee based on their condition.
2.4. Ineligible Returns
Anessi does not accept returns for:
Desktop or notebook computers beyond 30 days of receipt.
Products damaged or altered by customer actions.
3. Warranty Coverage
3.1. Standard Warranty

5. Return Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim:
Contact Anessi Support at Support@anessi.shop with your order details and reason for the return.
Package the item securely, including all original parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
