Warranty & Support

ANESSI Return Policy: You may return any new computer purchased from ANESSI that is “dead on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or remains unopened in its original box, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. ANESSI reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer. Any returned computer that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or rendered unsellable because of tampering will result in a higher restocking fee based on the product’s condition. ANESSI will not accept returns for any desktop or notebook computer beyond 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the individual vendor’s return policy.
